Images In Context 1.6 is a very interesting tool. It lets you view, modify, add text to, convert between graphics formats and retouch photos from the same contextual menu as Windows Explorer (which is activated with a right click of the mouse).



The most interesting thing is that although it is integrated into the contextual menu, it comes with its own graphics editor to add all classes of filters, effects, optimizations and retouches.
